This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Voltix ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. By using Voltix, you agree to this policy.

Voltix does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. Your game progress (high scores, coins, unlocked items, and settings) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. If you uninstall the app, this local data is removed.
Voltix shows optional "rewarded" video ads (you choose to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward). These ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information, which can include your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general (non-precise) location, and device and usage information.

If you are located in a region that requires it (such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), Voltix will show you a consent form the first time you launch the app, letting you choose how your data is used for ads. You can change your choice at any time. Where consent is not granted, ads may be shown on a non-personalized basis.
Voltix is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it.
Because the app stores your progress only on your own device, we do not retain your game data on our servers. Data processed by Google for advertising is retained according to Google's own policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
